Results and discussion The researchers took into account the gradation and fluctuation in the training loads in all training units, in a way that suits the level of the players and their physical and physiological capabilities, as the application of the exercises began on Thursday, 12/25/2023, and ended on Thursday, 2/14/2024, where the training curriculum consisted of (16) training units. Distributed over (8) weeks, with two training units per week for days (Sunday, Tuesday).
